Commercial plastic companies shape plastic resins into the desired shape using the commercial process of Injection Molding. At Design Tek Plastics, we are proud to provide the specialized service of Injection Molding at affordable prices.
As a Custom Plastic Part Maker, there are several processes we use to create products for clients. You can count on us to perform jobs such as Insert Molding, Custom Acrylic Molds, Custom Nylon Molds, Custom PVC Molding, and Custom Acrylic Molding.
It doesn’t matter if we work with plastic, nylon, PVC, acrylic, or another synthetic material. Our engineers ensure that your products are designed to the right specifications. We use your design to develop a mold for the final product.
Using an injection molding machine, we feed the plastic resin into the machine, add color, and heat the resin material to the right temperature inside the barrel of the machine.
When the plastic material has reached the right temperature, it is injected into the mold. This form serves to provide the way for the plastic to become the beginning of your final product. While the plastic occupies the space inside the mold, a cooling process ensures the plastic will turn into a solid shape.
The final product is a plastic product you can use for just about any commercial application. It all sounds very complicated, and that is why we have built a team of engineers and technicians who understand the ins and outs of plastic making. Part of the Design Tek Plastics’ quality control process is to ensure that your product is free of burned components, uneven thickness of the plastic material, scars, and partially filled cavities.
Design Tek supports its products with excellent customer service. If you receive a product that does not meet your specifications, you should contact our Customer Service Department right away. One of our representatives will take quick steps to help you resolve the issue so we can continue to earn your business.
At Design Tek Plastics, we continue to study industry developments and plastic science trends that affect our practice of injection molding. Through research and development, we update our processes so you get the best plastic products for your money. A simple phone call or email will help you to explore how much it costs to turn your product design sketch into a finished reality.
We are standing by to explain exactly how your commercial plastics project can be completed in the USA-based plant of Design Tek Plastics. From our factory floor to your showroom or commercial location, the plastic form you need requires our time-tested process that evolves every day!
